But wait, there's more to you.

Let’s explore the possibilities of you together.

Is therapy right for you?

Therapy isn’t just for crisis mode. It’s also for the moments when you wonder “Is it supposed to feel this hard?”

If you’ve been pushing through burnout, people-pleasing, grief, identity shifts, or ADHD overwhelm, you’re not alone.

Maybe you’ve always felt a little other. Maybe you’ve been masking for so long, you’re not even sure who you are underneath it. Maybe you just need a space where you don’t have to explain your existence before getting to the actual work.

Whatever brought you here, I’m glad you made it.

There’s more to you than survival. Therapy can help you find it.

Frequently asked questions

Are in person sessions available?

At this time, no. I offer virtual sessions to any resident of Texas. Please ensure you’re in a private, safe space when attending therapy online.

Do you complete FMLA forms and ESA letters?

Yes. I also complete short-term disability forms and letters supporting accommodations for mental health-related needs. These are only available to established clients and additional requirements must be met.

There is a fee for all forms and letters. If you're seeking therapy specifically for documentation purposes, please be upfront so we can determine the best approach and ensure clinical assessments are completed.

How often do I need to go to therapy?

It depends on your needs and schedule. Most people start with weekly sessions and shift to biweekly or monthly as progress is made. It’s always a collaborative process. I’ll make recommendations, and we’ll talk through what’s realistic for you.

Do I have to be on medication?

Nope. I’m a counselor, so I don’t prescribe medication and I won't pressure you to seek it. We can absolutely talk through your feelings around medication and track symptoms if needed, but the choice to explore meds (or not) is yours.

How long does therapy last?

That’s entirely up to you. If you're working through a single issue, therapy might last just a few weeks. If you're navigating deeper patterns or life transitions, it might take months or even years. There’s no one-size-fits-all timeline, just a space to grow at your own pace.
