Hi, my name is Jeanie.

I'm the person behind But Wait, There's More Counseling.

I specialize in working with those who feel like they're on the outside looking in. Neurodivergent, queer, questioning, chronically overwhelmed, grief-heavy, and the "I'm not broken but I sure as hell feel stuck" crowd.

My approach is collaborative, flexible, and deeply human. I believe therapy shouldn't feel like a performance or test. It should be that space you can finally take a deep breath and exhale in.

I blend practical tools with big-picture exploration. I use a mixture of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Existential Therapy.

I'm no a blank-slate therapist. I show up as a real person, I meet you where you are, and challenge you when it's helpful. I believe that you know the best version of yourself already, we just have to figure out what is holding you back and how to get you there.
