Individual Counseling

$120 / 50 minute session

Life can feel like too much, or not enough. Individual counseling gives you the space to unpack what's weighing you down, explore what's been keeping you stuck, and find new ways forward that actually work for you.

Individual counseling can help with:

  • Anxiety, depression, and burnout

  • Trauma and complicated family history

  • Grief and life transitions

  • Identity exploration (gender, sexuality, spirituality, etc.)

  • General "what the hell am I even doing" feelings

I am not accepting insurance at this time.

(Sliding scale rates are available for those facing financial difficulties)

Virtual appointments are available for those in Texas.

You don't have to justify your existence here.

I work best with those who are tired of trying to fit into boxes they didn't choose.

ADHD Life-Skills Support

$70 / 30 minute session

Do you feel like you're constantly stuck in a burnout cycle, chasing routines and expectations that just don't work?

The truth is, the world we live in wasn't built for ADHD brains and most of our parents had no idea what we needed growing up. No amount of guilt or shame is going to change that. Neither will buying that planner that is supposed to magically help you get your life in order.

I offer ADHD Life Skills Support for those who are ready to learn real, useful skills for navigating life with ADHD. No shame. No fluff. No conforming to expectations.

This is NOT therapy.

These sessions are structured, goal-oriented, and focused on skill-building.

During these sessions, there is NO diagnosis, trauma processing, or addressing other mental health concerns.

What to expect:

In our first session, we'll complete an ADHD-informed assessment and develop an action plan tailored to your needs. We'll identify the number of sessions likely to be the most helpful, and you'll get a roadmap of skills to focus on.

Each follow-up session will be customized to your goals.
